Previously, Makawi bin Isa, the Secretary-General of the Arab Lawyers Union, announced that the ICC had accepted the registration of the union’s lawsuit against the Israeli occupation. He explained that the General Secretariat of the Union, in coordination with the Palestinian Bar Association, the Palestine Committee within the Union, and other active members of the defense committee before the ICC, has documented all Israeli occupation crimes. This documentation is part of a ready file to be pleaded before the ICC to hold the occupation accountable for the heinous crimes committed and still being committed against the Palestinian people with the aim of extermination.
