Samih Ashour demanded the trial of the Israeli Prime Minister as a war criminal for the massacres committed against the Palestinian people in villages and hospitals, witnessed by the entire world. He condemned the crimes committed by Israel in the occupied territories and its attempts to expand the scope of conflict.
It’s worth noting that the Arab Lawyers Union recently sent a letter to the International Criminal Court requesting the registration of a defense committee that includes Samih Ashour. Their task would be to defend Palestinian victims of Zionist aggression before the ICC.
The ICC has accepted this registration, in coordination with the Palestinian Bar Association, the Palestine Committee within the Arab Lawyers Union, and other stakeholders in the defense committee. They have compiled a comprehensive dossier of Israeli occupation crimes, ready to be presented in court to hold Israel accountable for its ongoing heinous crimes against the Palestinian people.
